The Wedding of River Song
This episode takes place in an Alternative Universe, and Amy and Rory have forgotten each other. I love that even without the memories they have in the 'normal' universe, they still end up together after Amy has seen his bravery. And Rory still knows to listen to what Amy says!

Amy: I've known you for, what, 10 years? I've seen you practically every day. Name one girl you've paid the slightest bit of attention to.
Rory runs from the room
Amy: Oh, my God! Rory!
Mels: And the penny drops.

Let's Kill Hitler
This part of the episode was set when they were still in school. This moment Amy realises how Rory feels and from what Mels says, it sounds like it was a long time coming.

The Hungry Earth
Amy and Rory spot their future selves revisiting past adventures. It's such a cute moment seeing them still together in 10 years time.

The Big Bang
Their wedding day.

A Good Man Goes to War
Rory turns up to save Amy, and meets their daughter Melody for the first time.

Doctor: Amy, move away from the light, if it touches you you'll be wiped from history. Amy, move away now.
Amy: No! I'm not leaving him! We have to help him!

Depiste the pain of losing him, Amy is determined not to lose her memories of him.

Future Amy: If you love me, don't let me in. Open that door, I will, I'll come in. I don't want to die. I won't bow out bravely. I'll be kicking and screaming, fighting. To the end.
Rory:Oh, Amy. Amy, I love you.
Future Amy: I love you too. Don't let me in. Tell Amy, your Amy, I'm giving her the days. The days with you. The days to come.
Rory: I'm so, so sorry.

The Girl Who Waited
I cried so much at this bit! Such a wonderful moment when Amy remembers just how much she loves him and sacrifices herself so that she can grow old with him.

Day of the Moon
When Amy disappears, all they find is a transmitter with which they can hear what she is saying (but she can't hear them). Rory clutches on to this little piece of his wife, even after thinking she loves the Doctor after missunderstanding what she is saying.

Rory: I have a message and a question. A message from the Doctor and a questions from me. Where. Is. My. Wife?

A Good Man Goes to War
In search of Amy, Rory comfronts a legion of Cybermen, which is no small feat!

Amy: This is the dream. Definitely, this one. Now, if we die here, we wake up, yeah?
The Doctor: Unless we just die
Amy: Either way, this is my only chance of seeing him again. This is the dream.
The Doctor: How do you know?
Amy: Because if this is real life, I don't want it. I don't want it.

Amy's Choice
When they have to decice which world is real and which is a dream, Rory dying compltely decides it for Amy. She can't imagine the world without him.
