My friend here, Megan, she does Maths with Educational Studies, and is always moaning about how difficult it is. I don't know if you guys follow the same course because ours it's not a joint honnors ~apparently!
And you're from Wales! Brilliant! I'd love to go to Wales.

Date: 2011-05-22 06:38 pm (UTC)I don't suppose it matters what module you do, as long it's maths based, and you pass the exams, getting a degree at the end of it. Obviously our maths people here do a module in Maths and Education, which I doubt you'd do on your course... If you wanted to be a maths teacher you'd probably have to do the PGCE course with maths after, probably!

I'm half good at maths. I perfer the long maths, where it takes time to work it out. Time and loads of scrap paper. Erm, where numbers are letters... I know what it is, not even going to attempt to spell it though :P And the maths with the triangles. SOCAHTOA!
And that's about where my maths starts and stops. Perfer physics!
What are you hoping to do with your amazing knowlegde of matheness?!
