99. ukverse - The Sorting Hat

For Challenge 11 at ukverse we had to sort 5 characters into the Hogwarts houses.

I chose to sort the 5 new who companions (Rose, Martha, Donna, Amy and Rory)

Rose Tyler - Slytherin
Rose is very ambitious. She is a strong leader and can be slightly cunning at times. She is also quite self-preserving in the way she wants the Doctor to stay in her parallel world, no matter the consequences to the universe.




Martha Jones - Ravenclaw
Martha is very academically motivated and loves learning new things. She is proud of her intellect, and especially her medical training.


Donna Noble - Hufflepuff
Donna was the trickiest of the companions to house. I think she has qualities belonging to both Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. I think she is just about a Hufflepuff, as throughout her time with the Doctor she things of how others must feel, for example the Ood. Although she can be opinionated, she always sticks up for the Doctor, or at times the entire Human race.


Amy Pond - Gryffindor
Amy is always brave, both when with the Doctor and before travelling with him, which at times lead to recklessness. She tends to jump into things without thinking them through first.


Rory Williams - Hufflepuff
Rory is extremally loyal, especially when it comes to Amy. He is friendly and hard working and seems very modest about his achievements.
